I'm in the process of applying for a few jobs and I realized that I'm struggling with fatigue. I'm not sure the best remedy for this. Are there any natural supplements I could try? I started adderall but it's not as good because when its out of my system I crash and then I can't wake up in the morning unless I force myself to take another adderall. Today I was so tired I slept in until 4 pm that's not good. I might also need to work long hours.

Sorry to hear!! I like the psycho-stimulants like Adderall and Ritalin as well, but I crash on them too. There's Nuvigil/Provigil or obviously other OTC stimulants like Ephedra, and Bitter Orange, but other than that I don't know of anything else that's activating except Welbutrin IR. Best of luck!

You could try melatonin. My mom takes it when she struggles with sleep. It's already naturally produced in your body but it depends on how your body produces it which will affect it that way. Many people produce less during winter months which causes SAD. So they made supplements to help regulate it. I would suggest looking it up.

I took a bunch of vitamin D last night, still slept in this morning though. I may try to get back on Vyvanse but I seem to have built a tolerance over time.

Adderall keeps you awake? That's weird because it did the opposite to me. I just wanted to sleep all the time
