So there was this job that I really felt that I was qualified for. They want someone with about 2-5 years experience but no more that 7 and all the jobs I have to do I can do blind folded. This was a few days ago, and I saw it posted again saying that they want to interview people asap! Should I apply again? There is no phone number or anything. But I don't know if emailing or calling them would be good or not. What would be the right thing to do?

How long ago did you apply? If you do, make sure to re vamp your resume and a cover letter! Good luck!

It won't to re-apply. Is there an address? It's more difficult to say no face to face.

No, no address, it's from a staffing agency and all they say is that it's a real estate company. I can't even begin to look for whom it might be, there are thousands here in the city. I guess I could try again, I just don't want to look too desperate.

Shoot, since it's through a staffing agency that makes it difficult! I wouldn't reapply, but I'd contact the staffing company and make sure they have your application and let them know you're really interested. Who knows they may even disclose the company name to you! Best of luck!!

If you applied online and it's been more than three or four months, apply again. At most, companies keep applications on file for six months in most cases.

Don't email or call...just redo the app. Most places have strict hiring policies and won't even talk to you.

Tell the staffing agency your circumstances, and ask them what the company policy is, or what they suggest.
Job descriptions are just what the commpany is looking for. They will hire whoever they feel is the closest match.
Try to be confident, and assertive, without being overbearing or anxious.
I have done a lot of job hunting, and if you really want this job, tell them that. And it would help to tell them why you think you are the right one. Best wishes.
