Monday I had gone for my second interview at this University that is part of the Bon Appetit Company. I am confused because the executive chef there took me around the whole kitchen like he did last time during the first interview but this time it wasn't during Spring break so the employees were working this time. But this time he took me around the campus too to the other kitchens and places that the baker bakes items for. Another thing that really throws me off is that he went and told people she is going to be our new baker and said that he would tell them to send info and the offer as soon as possible.

One thing is though that he told me that he would call about scheduling the second interview, I ended up calling asking about it a couple days later. So I feel like they have been too busy to get back with me because they seemed very interested into having me work their for them.

What would you suggest? I was thinking of calling him again today or tomorrow to see what is up. Which sooner the better probably because maybe he thinks that they had sent the offer already.

I had also sent a thank you e-mail to him and no e-mail back. I did hear him and his helper talk about how they don't get their e-mails much.

Hi HPC. It is often hard to judge an interview. I have had interviews that went well but no offer. All you can do is wait 1-2 days and let them know you are still interested.
Thanks for this!

Did you hear anything back yet?
