So for the past year been dealing with PTSD from somethings that happened while I was in the military. This was exhaberated when I took 4 days STD and because of that I had to pay my company back $4000 over 6 months...this led to me being out of work for Nov/Dec...October was a horrible month and I had asked for a WPA due to my conditions...denied...February put on verbal..same thing same answer...Then in March put on one for Feb which put me on a written...and now we are at the end of May and they have just put me on a final written for April...and it's to late to do anything about May. I have consistently asked for WPA and am always denied saying that the reason I am getting written up isn't because of stats, but because of "behaviors" which is exactly my point. I work at a call center and they have laid out what they expect of me on each and every call, when they audit, if I don't do those things then I fail the inspection, doesn't matter if I did my job correctly, made the cust happy, saved the company money. If I weren't on action plans I could just do my job. But because of this, even if those steps aren't necessary for that call, it doesn't matter...I failed to meet my commitments and therefore fail and therefore am now on a "final written" Do these people not understand that I don't mean to forget to open up a certain window because I'm focused on fixing the issue at hand and because of the ADD I then forget that I have to click that button? I just don't get it...and I don't know what to do...they say they are going to try and give me a pass for May but no guarantee. Not only that but my WPA is still pending approval and it was filed back in March...

With all my issues that I am still working thru and am still trying to get my meds to where they need to be I don't feel confident at this point to go out and get another job. Which is another thing...this month I have done better, but I still have room to improve which correlates with my medication adjustments...advice, comments, and encouragement welcome!

Have you tried making notes of the manditory things you have to do, so you can check them off. That's what I would do because I have trouble with memory as well.

I understand about getting the meds regulated, too. I've been trying to get out of a deep depression for nearly 2 years. I cant remember all the meds I've tried and nothing seems to work. At least, what I'm on now keeps stable even though I'm still depressed, just not as bad as I was.

I hope they get you meds right soon. It can make all the dfference. Try and stay confident things will get better. I still believe that one day they will get the mix right and I'll feel like new. Do the best you can and get plenty of rest. You'll make it through these rough times.
