I haven't posted in a while. But recently I had a performance review from my ex supervisor who spent an hour telling me how horrible an employee I am. That I'm on a performance improve plan now. Etc. This comes not even two months after she violated policy with my fmla and short term disability by using my depression and anorexia to force me to resign. I ended up getting a lawyer so I thought she would leave me alone now. But then I get this review. My new supervisor thinks the opposite of her and told me that. He thought she is out of line.

My issue is what do I do for three months until I can resign and move with my fiancé? How do I not let it get to me? It's making my mental health worse because I get told all this constantly from her.

You say she's an ex supervisor? So you're new supervisor agrees that she was out of line? How does she fit in the picture now? Are you able to discuss this with a lawyer? I can't believe she violated your FMLA without thinking of the consequences.

Since she was my supervisor up until last week she got to do my performance review. What luck. I guess I'm just venting really.

Will your new supervisor make sure you have no further contact with this person? If not, could you call the lawyer back?
