Already day4, still haven't adapting. Working 17hours a day, making hell lot of mistakes, keep on forgetting the important stuff. Don't know what to do when problem arise, can't really see the solution. Afraid I'll get extended. Ought to be more alert & cautious but still am so careless. Have becoming more OCD and GAD though. Others can settle 8 cases one morning while I can only do 4 even though we r all newbies. Super lack behind in progress.. how should I overcome this??

it is hard to be expected to work 17 hour days and do well. just slow down and do your best so that you don't make mistakes. I am sure that they would rather have accurate cases than sloppy cases. take care.
