Is it sometimes that you body is talking to you? At times, my body spoke to me. I worked for 3 months straight without time off, and it took a toll on my body. What i did was put in leave for 4 days off, just to take a break, and to rejuvenate my body. When you take off, you don't have to take a fancy trip, you can just take a day trip, rest at home, take your kids out. This is just having some time for yourself, because if you don't do it, your mind will explode and you will stress out.

Absolutely agree. I take sick time when I need it, but also use vacation or personal time here and there for a longer weekend sometimes... It amazes me how much more relaxed I am with even just one extra day (a 3-day weekend, versus just a 2-day weekend). It's such a difference...
