I know I'm giving my notice in two weeks at my current job. My job is high stress and has made my mental health so much worse. Why does the two weeks until I give notice seem like an eternity? I still wake up sick before work even though I know I'm leaving. My fiancé tells me two weeks is a short time but it just doesn't feel like it. And I feel kind of stupid because some people are in worse situations than me and I can't even handle this.

I don't know why it is, but two weeks really does seem like forever after you give your notice. I hope your weeks go by quickly!

Oh, I remember feeling sick before work!

Can you take each day at a time?
And schedule some much-needed walks/jogging, ideally in the sunlight, with a friend (or fiancee) who knows what you're talking about? Or phone calls with someone who understands? These things helped me. At least you can check in here!

A friend found great help in herbal tea for relaxing (but make sure it doesn't interfere with any meds!) or you could schedule a relaxing bath etc.
