One of the things that makes me very depressed is not having a job (and no money). I don't think that I can handle the main task for a secretary position or a similar position; and the Social Phobia/Anxiety and Selective Mutism doesn't help. I don't know what to do.

FLorRosa, welcome to psych central. Sorry you are sad about your situation. Have you considered doing temporary work where you can try jobs and see how you do. They also have other types of jobs you may be better at.

There are forums you may like.

I don't think your post requires the trigger icon. You might want to remove it if you put it on there. Triggering steers many people away from a post for fear of an emotional reaction.
Triggering usually means saying things that are usually going to set someone off. For more explanation of triggering see:

Hello FlorRosa: Without knowing more about your vocational skills & interests, your physical abilities & mental health concerns, & the labor market you are in, it would be pretty-much impossible to give you any kind of useful direction with regard to possible employment options. If there is some type of employment service offered by the government where you live I would think this might be the best option for you to begin to get a handle on what types of jobs you might be able to get. Is there such a service available to you where you live?

Yes there is such type of help, but what they post on bulletins ain't much help. Mostly required experiencie and education in that field. My education is in Office Systems (Secretary).

I have to investigate if there are any other type of help by the government. But what I fear most is to solicit some type of help because I don't think I'm worth it, and I fear that that they are going to dismiss my situation as not a real one, unless is a physical impediment or ailment. Most of all is shame that is behind it all.
