It's funny how when the self-proclaimed "elite" do something WRONG, it is all hushed-up. But when the average worker does something wrong OMG!! They are criticized and criticized and criticized not only in the local facility but all over the country (if you work in a closely linked chain I mean).
The self-proclaimed "elite" will do everything in their power to cover-up an in-house atrocity but you the worker are nothing to them.

Isn't that funny in a sad way. Instead of improving, the people in this world are getting worse.
Thanks for this!

You don't see the "elite" fall big?

They seem to, sometimes. I think maybe the situation is that they have enough to lose such that they are highly controllable. People with a little less to lose are less controllable and are also perhaps more replaceable. So...

I've been thinking about this...

Politicians, for example. I sort of think that in order to get to be in a position of any kind of power you need to do something to show allegiance to the group... Something... Well... Perhaps something that shows your interests and the groups interests are genuinely in synch. Or perhaps something a bit more sinister... Something that gives the group a power over you. Maybe you have a secret...
Possible trigger:
or... Whatever... Gambling problem. Something... Something as leverage. And so now they can control you, you see.

Then... When they decide to use you as scapegoat, or whatever, they have the levaerage to control you.

And not just in politics... I suspect much of life goes the same way. And I'm not sure it is about the group controlling... How much it is about individuals who control... I"m not sure how much it it unintentional and systemic vs intentional with masterminds...

But, yeah. That's my theory

Oh... So... That's why things get covered up, sometimes. Because they have decided that they are useful, controllable people.

The really scary ones have nothing to lose, you see. Or aren't controllable. Because they don't have nasty secrets. It is all about controlled sociopathy... It is all about self-interest... This is how come business people etc etc can be used as models for sociopaths in psychological experiments etc.
