Apparently there are online quizzes - google "job assessment test free" and you'll see a bunch of resources pop up.

I am still wondering that myself. For me, I did enjoy talking with business partners so I am seeing if that could be my calling anything to get out of my part time job.

You can ask people who know you really well what they think you'd be successful at, what your talents are, etc.
