I'm getting scared now I have just got told I have phone interview Friday morning with one company and I have another interview in afternoon face to face. Trouble is I get terrible anxiety with interviews any advice how to overcome this?

I find the best way to deal with interview anxiety is to practice and have answers ready for the questions they might ask. That way you won't get flummoxed on the spot. Google job interview questions then write out and practice answering OUT LOUD what your responses will be.

And remember, they are just people too. They aren't any better than you because they have a job and are interviewing you. And remember also, that you are interviewing them too. Have some questions ready to ask them about the positions to make sure that it's a good fit for you.

Yeah the women who arrange interview suggested I know the role discription well and talk through what I put on cv. So had another look over that and it fits well with my previous experience so that helps. I'm just worried I will mess both up but that's the depression and anxiety talking. I know I'm capable I just need to let interviewer know that lol

Secondary Dx: Generalized Anxiety Disorder with mild Agoraphobia.

Meds I've tried: Prozac, Zoloft, Celexa, Effexor, Remeron, Elavil, Wellbutrin, Risperidone, Abilify, Prazosin, Paxil, Trazadone, Tramadol, Topomax, Xanax, Propranolol, Valium, Visteril, Vraylar, Selinor, Clonopin, Ambien

Treatments I've done: CBT, DBT, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Talk therapy, psychotherapy, exercise, diet, sleeping more, sleeping less...

The interviews went ok, I've now got two more on Monday so hopefully something come up

Thank you Nimitri getting nervous now as its night but hopefully I do fine tomorrow and hopefully hear back soon, waiting for answers just as bad.
