I guess I'm coming here to vent or something.

I've been at my job for 4 years this month and I can count on one hand the number of times I've called in sick or for anything. I always come in when someone calls in and work doubles or extra days without much of a complaint.

Yet when I have an emergency at my apartment and try to get ahold of someone to take my place its impossible. Management says they can't because it will "make the budget over." So I said **** the budget I'm walking out. Oh that gets them to get someone to come in!

But as I was storming out to my car I was cursing up a storm saying pretty much the same thing I said on here about being here for 4 years and such. Well a neighbor of my manager was in the store at the time and went off and blabed to her about what I was saying. So it caused a whole fuss between my manager, assistant manager and area manager.

Man people just need to learn to keep their fricking mouth's shut about crap that they don't know anything about.
