They let you choose who you want to help you go back to work. This depends on where you live and what disabilities you have. Like I'm deaf plus I have MI issues.

Even though I live in a huge metro city there was only one local place that I could give my ticket to, and I didn't want to use them. There were non local vendaors but I distrust that they would have local connections that could help me get a job.

You have to get a list of vendors( those who can help you get a job) you contact them to see if they can help you with the limitation you have. Then once you have that list you find out what they say they can help with.

While you are actively working with that vendor to get a job SS can not send their reviews or stop paying you your SS. But if you give someone the ticket to work and then don't work with them SS can do a review to decide if you are still disabled.
