Today I should hear back from the Hilton. I called at 11:30am and she was busy doing payroll, if I don't hear from her today, she is wasting my time.
I went to Century 21 today and all positions were filled. I got set up with two interviews tomorrow. One is for Hansel as a Parts Driver, the other is a job fair for security guards. I also applied for a dozen other FT jobs. Not much else I can do ATM. |

Today I was offered two positions. The Hilton is in need of a temporary housekeeper two days a week while during the work week I will be training for Front Desk. I agreed, and we filled out a ton of paperwork and watched some videos. I'm quite happy with how things turned out. Maybe they'll like me enough to keep me on housekeeper. Being cross-trained is HUGE. It makes me a valuable employee to be able to cover shifts when needed, and I'm happy I have the stability.
