I thought this was an interesting read and it might help others. I saw myself in it quite a bit since I recently began working again after quitting a very toxic environment. It's amazing how much a bad manager can affect your confidence and self-esteem even when you have moved on from that situation.

A bad work experience can certainly have lasting effects. The tips listed in the article are helpful.

It showed signs but no solutions. I am very much haunted by previous jobs and it's ruining the job I have now.
