I've had a lot of experience with customers.
I've got a sale finishing right now. I've noticed a funny psychological thing going on with my customers. They were difficult to the very end, resisting because they were having to do something they were pissed about. Human nature is funny. Another person in my position would be so worked up and stressing out about this, but I am not because I understand this psychological thinking. I work in a high emotion field. I like it when my emotions are not involved in it. Other people's problems I can handle.

I envy you not getting worked up! I am ready to fire my client, I am so annoyed with their wishy-washy behaviors and annoying requests.
