I am at work struggling to keep it together. I slept all weekend to get away from my emotional pain plus losing my dog and my cancer coming back. It is so hard to act like nothing is wrong. It is a new job so I have no FMLA protection yet. UGH!!!
I just need to continue to curl up into a ball and go back to sleep. If I do that I will lose what I worked so hard for. UGH.

Trying to do some self-care and really taking care of myself.

Keep up the self care. Maybe journaling would help.

I'm sorry for your loss and for the return of the cancer. As a cancer survivor I know it's our worst nightmare that it will come back. Bless you.
