I passed one test for the coach and training positions didn't pass the 2nd test sigh. Another position I was gonna apply workforce management is very stress I realize I don't need that stress on top of what I'm currently doing.

2 more months it'll be a year I'll be browsing more into the job market. We will see....

You only need one good opportunity and getting turned down is part happens to most of us. It is easy to get discouraged, but keep trying.

I agree. I feel they make these tests hard on purpose so you don't pass only pass on a whim or something. I just feel stuck in my current position at my job there was no raise when I got selected to be on this team.

I am kinda asking myself am I in the dark stages of applying/interviewing again? Before I got this job, I interviewed and applied to 45 jobs that is insane.

I had people wonder why I get turned down a lot. I have been accused of not looking clean which I always look clean and sharp for my interviews.
