today, I got two phone calls from recruiters. One was for 15/hr (same pay i am making) and another one way less than 15/hr. first phone call, that company has contacted me multiple times never can find me anything suitable.

beyond tired speaking with recruiters not reading the damn resumes properly, offering such cheap pay (most recruiters are out of AZ and i do get recruiters locally contacting me). i have updated my resume again since i moved to another role (lateral move same pay). ive been at my job for a year now. i never heard back from a recruiter who said she'd take a look at my resume and follow up with me on where my skills can be transition to other positions i have contacted her multiple times.

beyond tired of wasting my time. i have no idea right now where i can transition my skills too. i always get told your resume is impressive etc nice words dont mean crap if i am not being taken seriously for a job offer. moving out of state is out of the question i have no money for that plus a lot of companies dont offer relocation expenses like they used too.

i do have a associates in network admin still difficult to get an IT position. i did speak with a training school and then i went to the workforce connection, gov run, to see if funding is available. they said no only for veterans at this time but to come back in august and we'll see. training school called today told them about it they said try another office really!? thats a lot of time to do after work. i told them not interesed in another loan i have a student loan i am still paying back. with the previous school i was attending i would have to pay out of pocket for a class then they will resume to pay for the classes.

im looking at the community colleges again where i went too before and checking out a fast track program for 8 weeks to see if thats doable and earn a cert i know those it classes already applied to my current degree. i am not looking for another associates.

i am not sure where to apply too or what positions. ever since i left billing, my mind still leads into a leadership role not yet managing people yet but id like to improve my negotiation and upselling skills plus improve communication skills. i am not interested in working commission at all id take a salary position. i dont know what to do....

It sounds like your trying to find the right job fit but at least your putting in the effort and it should pay off but never soon enough. You are doing all you can some things we can't control keep trying.

Thank you. From recruiters/employers 2 many questions it's like you got your answers make your decisions ya know? It feels like whatever jobs I find I just apply I still try to make sure it'll be a good fit 4 me anyway.
Thanks for this!

I think practice and repetition is good idea. If you do have sometime wrong inside with the thinking of your brain check into your dx's then I like to acknowledge that, being gentle is what I like to say especially if you got the prognosis, is fair conversation instead of cure. I say keep praying for miracles work on your better then you will fulfilled in life want you want to become.

I got word I didn't get the internal position at work. I'm not upset I noticed the agents I helped are getting promoted over me I've been seeing favoritism my stats and attendance are awesome. I'm not the only agent wanting to leave a male agent told me he put in his 2 weeks gonna be making 17.50 elsewhere plus he's a dj on the side

I applied to a position at the community college now I need to find jobs elsewhere
