Screw HR. Go online to the EEOC, find your nearest office, fill out the complaint paperwork, and send it in. Revealing your personal HR file regarding a disability is a violation of the ADA.

Hi ,

I just read your initial post , and you do not sound unstable to me.

It was well written , to the point , if your a consultant , you must be a good one.

Perhaps your supervisor is not os super ?????

Later

KP 

PS : Consultant ? what field ? mine is Home Theater & Associated Electronics + Apple
right now it is hard to make a living doing that , with Apple Care , and BB`s Geek Squad

Nobody cares how or why anymore , just that it works , I don`t get it , but they seem happy , perhaps ; Ignorance is truly bliss !!

Your boss is really creepy. I hope HR or management starts to take this seriously soon.

I am sorry you have to put up with this. When my assistant manager broke confidentiality about me I went to our VP rather than HR and it was taken care of privately. Do you think they still plan to have a meeting with both of you present?

Here's what I've learned in my dealings with HR: DOCUMENT DOCUMENT DOCUMENT! Seriously, document TIMES, DATES, PLACES, and WHO else is present. Write down exactly what was said to this guy, by this guy, who else heard things, every meeting you have with HR, and who is in those meetings.

Your boss had no right to disclose your medical history.
Your boss sounds like a person with very questionable ethics and questionable leadership skills.

... and this post I quoted above? Really manipulative. People CAN change - but not like that, not that quickly!

Definitely need to involve HR, or your boss's boss!
