last week, i got a call from a sup at my current job that I got the Lead position. I have been doing it for 5 days now company is still a huge mess nothing hasnt changed. the lead position is a dollar raise nowhere near the salary of a sup, so its more skills to get and i have updated my resume i know for a fact my phone will be blowing up daily.
one last position while i am still job hunting. i have gotten calls/emails outside of my company its the same thing i dont even want. its good being in leadership the training was barely there with the usual inconsistent info. im still counting the days to when ill get another job i will definitely be asking for more money than before i mean i asking for more now. |
