I work at a cleaning job. There has been a couple of things that have happened. First someone pointed at my friend and shouted because she has issues with her and my supervisor just let it happen and then everyone tried to stop them two arguing. After that my friend wanted to leave. The next day she wrote her note and when my supervisor came to her, he ripped it up and said fk this or something. He begged her not to leave and said I swear on my daughter's life that I won't do it again. Even though he's my supervisor he says I'm the manager when there's a man in the company who are for us. I requested holiday for christmas, only a week and he said no because he doesn't want 4 people off and then mentions it in the meeting. At christmas time, it's really quiet anyway. I got 2nd January off. I feel like I shouldn't really book any days off. Just work, work, work. Sometimes I feel like leaving this job. I have to clean so many rooms. You may think I'm unfair but I feel frustrated. urgh
