I am starting a new job on Monday, teaching Special Education. I have done it a lot before, but I am still scared about it. I guess it's a fear of not doing well. That has happened in the past - not performing well and getting fired. I think I can do the work....in the past, when I hit a wall, and a not sure what I'm doing, I like refuse to ask for help. I don't want them to know that I don't know something.

Good luck for your new job. It’s ok to ask questions when you are new - you can’t know everything and it’s better to check so people shouldn’t judge you.
