Well I failed the test. One broker I'm talking to said he would help me pass. I wasn't sure about retaking it, failed by 3. But now I will. If I pass my mom said she will have me list her house. I've been helping her find a new house as has my brother. I think I found a good broker, met with 3. Talked to 6. My family really wants me to become a realtor meaning I have their support. Mom even offered to pay for my exam, said if she could she would sponsor me to start.

Sorry to hear that. That doesn't sound like you failed by a lot. I would totally take it again.

Retake it June 6th. Nervous though mom is impatient wants me to guarantee a pass. Meeting with a broker who said he would help me pass. Lined up an agent if i don't. Really thinking I'm weaker mentally and should stay on disability but feel like i have ticket to work it's a good time to try. Sellers market.
