I haven't been able to work successfully in a 40 hr/wk job since I started my career 6 years ago. I'm asking for an accomodation from my job to move to part time but I'm scared I won't even be able to maintain that.

I feel like I'm burning out and just don't want to do this anymore.

I've heard it said that it takes eight days away from work to "completely decompress".
