So we had a walk in at the chiropractor's office, and I was my usual nice self. He told me I was so beautiful he would never tire of looking at me. Asked my age, marital status, I'm divorced I said, he is not someone I'm interested in. So I scheduled him when I won't be there and told him so. Needless to say as I lose more weight I'll get more of this, guess I better prepare responses. He caught me off guard.

Well he was a no show and only returned my phone call saying he forgot which I believe is a lie. Another person called him no return phone call. He was called the minute he missed that call ignored too. At least when he comes for he 2nd appointment there will be two of us there.

I told my boss about him flirting with me and making me uncomfortable. Hopefully i won't have to assist with his xare too much.

I'm sorry you had to experience that. Some older men seem to think that behavior is still okay, when it's not and never was. It's a place of business, not a night club. You are there to work and be a professional. Just be professional and if tries anything funny, report it to your boss or have someone else work with him.

Sorry you had to experience that.

Yes I agree to just stay professional and report the behavior. Hopefully your work place doesn’t tolerate that nonsense.

Your marital status was none of his business. In preparing yourself for future situations like that, consider being less open. I realize he caught you off guard. That has happened to me because my default used to be to give straightforward answers to straightforward questions. Now I understand that is a bad default. Here is my new default answer to inappropriate questions: "Why do you need to know?" Or: I just ignore the question and change the subject.

Practice this dialogue:

Man - "Are you married?"

You - "What do you think of all that rain we've been having?"

Sadly, some younger men think this is okay as well.
