I am exhausted after yesterday sitting in a room with my boss complaining about my communication skills. I am 67 and still work full time, turning 68 october 23.
Found out my coworkers are talking about me behind my back and when they think i am doing something wrong go report it. Did i mention one if my co workers is the directors aunt which is against HR policies. Did i mention my director used one of my coworkers who owns his own business as a subcontractor. Again against HR policies. I might add tgey are all black and I am white. Of course there is no reverse discrimination, right. I cant retire because therapy has cost me $250K i am the generation prior to the HIPPA laws and stigma was very much around and I could lose my job if they found out. I also raised two intellectually disabled sons by myself for 20 years after their father died. Oh well sucks to be me.

Happy early birthday, by the way.
