It just isnt getting any better!

Get this my team is getting a new sup and lead not sure when this will take affect. My sup will be going to mesa or tempe office not sure when. On 11/4 they r putting me on a new team new external sup new schedule 3a to 130pm off sun and fri. Are they kidding? I'd rather take an unemployment check or severance pay!

2 yrs yet my schedule keeps getting worse and worse. I applied to uber i followed up had to resubmit my stuff to them twice. Im still applying yet no company cant seem to work fast enough to gimme answers on interviewing hiring etc always ghosting off

I feel my lead experience is being used against me i get asked why do u want to step down a position. Lord plz its going back to basics and working myself back up. I have money in my account over 10k that i could live off until i find a job

Ppl quitting jobs where are u getting them? I cant afford under 15 an hr since i live alone

I really cant take it im smoking a lot at work and if nobody cant trade shifts then im stuck. Ive said it on here b4 how this company has screwed me over so bad. I think later on i may end up quitting with no job lined up yet im looking at temp jobs to find. I hate holiday jobs i get told but u have a job why r u looking for employment? Face palm

R u in the hotel business? I’m yr buddy who lives just e of the dome. I would consider renting u a nice rm w cable and WiFi for $400, shared bath in this super quiet neighborhood. Have cat. We r super super quiet semi retired former educators. Very safe neighborhood.

Uh no! What does this have anything to do with my situation? im not staying in my area any longer ill be moving back east in the valley later on.

Im having a huge job issue not a living situation issue. Im extremely upset as to what my job is doing towards me and the unfairness plus disrespect ive experienced for 2 years.

At least ill be still on current team until oct 22. I have a phone interview on tuesday Tuesday morning they got positions starting in November works out good 4 me we will see

I don't have any advice, but I just wanted to say I am sorry you are going through this. I've been there and it is a very stressful situation to deal with. I hope something works out for you soon.
