Work Chat

Hello everyone; I hope everyone is having a lovely night/day. I thought I would come post about the newly restarted Work Chat; back when I first joined PC there was a work chat; but sadly it was canceled. I am bringing it back and thought I would stop by a tell you all a little about what I would like to accomplish and to drum up interest for the chat.

I am TheSeaCat; I am currently an Assistant Practice Manager working for a large Primary Care Office. Basically that means is that I am an assistant manager; I deal with scheduling; patient complaints; provider issues; and just day to day operations within the clinic. I have prior experiences as a Lifeguard for a Water Park; Retail and as a Clinic Receptionist.

I deal a lot with interviews and applications so I would love to be of help for those of you trying to find a job by providing interview tips from someone who has been on both the hiring end and the hoping to get hired end.

I also know how stressful it can be trying to navigate work with a Mental Illness; I myself have Bipolar 2; Generalized Anxiety Disorder; and PTSD. I know we all worry of job security having Mental Illnesses. I hope to be of help for all of you.

Chat will meet every other Sunday from 8-9 EST, 7-8 CST 6-7 MST, and 5-6 PST. The first chat will be this Sunday January 27th, 2019. I look forward to seeing you all there.

I would also appreciate chat ideas and topics; so if there is something you really want to me to talk about please post down below and I will try to cover them all.

Is see saws chat defunct?

As far as I know it is; I asked if I could restart it since it hasn't been on the calendar for quite some time. I look forward to seeing you there.

That’s a rough time as I have a meeting at 6 pst. I’ll see what I can do.

I would like to remind everyone about the Working with MI Chat tomorrow night at 8 EST. I would love to see you all there. I also am open to suggestions so if anyone has something they would like me to talk about please post it or ask about it in the chat tomorrow. I'm open to discussing anything.
