2 months after my annual review should have been done. Now my boss is hoovering and nitpicking yet she still hasn't sat me down for a formal evaluation.

I'm starting to wonder if she even wants me there. I didn't get a raise, she's super judgemental, I make 2 dollars an hour less than my coworker doing the same job.

My mom says I'd complain about any job, but it's pissing me off to be treated differently and unfairly. I don't know what to do.

Have you gotten good feedback in general from your boss?

Rarely. Not around pay periods, or this. Once she thanked me for all my help. Otherwise she digs for mistakes.

Annual Reviews are stressful and it's difficult when you don't get consistent feedback. I had to just complete a self-appraisal myself and found the process difficult and daunting. I don't know what the next step is in the evaluation process at my work.

I was once told by an HR professional that there should never be surprises in your annual review. If there are problems with your performance, managers are supposed to discuss it with you long before an annual review would come up. You should be given every opportunity to succeed before there are consequences such as bad reviews. Make sure you do everything you’re supposed to and don’t be afraid to discuss with her anything you think is unfair or wrong.
Thanks for this!

She still hasn't set a time for it. I've asked to get it scheduled she changed the subject.
