I've been on tons of interviews. I can't pass them. I don't have a 5 year career plan just work. I don't have customer service answers I'm nice, I listen, that's it. I just can't past the muster.

I know how you feel, Aviza. Have you seen Youtube videos on how to interview? They might help you. I am an avid fan of Youtube and have learned many things from watching their videos. I highly recommend them if you have the time. Best wishes!

There is a lot of advice about how to answer those sorts of interview questions and what employers are looking for when they ask them. Try googling for "how to answer common interview questions".
