I hope you find another job you love as much as this one. One good thing about this being a dream job is that you will know what you're looking for when out job hunting. You may not find a perfect match, but hopefully you can find many of the things in a new job that make your current job your dream job.

I was downsized (the entire offce was closed and the division later sold off) from a job I just loved and hoped to retire from. I used to say they'd have to drag me out the door kicking and screaming to get me to retired. The job was interesting and stimulatin, the people were like family. The average length of time worked there was 8 years. I had been there 12 years. We all worked well together, raised money for our own off-site Christmas party, knew each other and their families. Very close knit for a group of about 100. It was very hard to lose that. I have found similar qualities in other jobs that helped to make those other jobs feel more comfortable.

We have many dreams. I hope you find a new dream job soon.

I hope you find a dream job that is even better than the one you lost.
