Propranolol is a beautiful med (I find it to be like a benzo for physical nervousness - People take these meds before public speaking).

Sometimes, in a low mood state, adrenaline can induce fear. The longer we're in that state, the more of a hindrance it can be - And you just get perpetually more anxious.

Once the adrenaline is absent for a while, you start to want a little excitement. That's why I'll talk about getting off of the atenolol on Monday + I've adapted enough to not check my pulse anymore.

Maybe I still need it cuz my resting heart rate is a little high, naturally which freaks me out. But I could take it PRN.
