Chewy has better prices than amazon, so here's what I'm getting her next month from there

two 24 packs of canned wet food
a 40lb bag of cat litter
a breakaway cat collar
a cactus scratching post
a food bowl (for her wet food)
a teaser cat toy
refillable catnip squirrel toy
Custom tags
and a cat carrier bag (for trips to the vet)

Hey all Roll Call 190 had a good morning at work today…got lots done anyway and good attendance at my program. Now I’ve got four days off for the most part to do homework and relax. But I’ve also got a T and pdoc appointment tomorrow which is good. Gotta get my jury duty note and refills and then talk to T about my latest mood and anxiety issues.

Did I tell you guys about my grocery ikebana idea? I already started and Instagram for it but it’s blank. The idea is to take a fancy Japanese art form and just use common flowers I can pick up at the grocery for it. I’m just curious if it can be done and look any good at all. It will be a fun experiment. I had the idea while I was reading the unicorn space book.

I just ordered me a pair of perfectly impractical Kate Spade ballet flats.

At least they were on sale!

Yes, I think it is possible to be in love with a shoe. I had intended on buying a more practical shoe but when I saw this one went on sale, and I have been liking it since before Christmas, I decided to splurge. Love. Love. Love It.

I suspect they are highly practical and super comfy as well. Having done ballet they’re made so you can flex your feet etc…may not have the most cushion but there is the barefoot walking trend to consider.

I see my psychiatrist in 2 weeks. I have to prepare what to say - But all I need is to lower the Invega Trinza. I'm gonna see my doctor before that and get off of the atenolol. I'm not sure if I can just stop taking it cold turkey. If the heart OCD is still bad, I'll just go back on it again.

I made another strong coffee and will take more phenibut. I'm in so much mental pain it's unbearable.

"How can I study for long hours without getting tired?

Taking breaks while you study is really important. Try to get up at least once an hour to stretch your legs or take a short walk. Make sure you take breaks for meals and have a light snack if you get hungry between mealtimes. Drinking water will also help boost your energy. If you get really tired, put your head down for a 15-minute nap. It also helps to get a good night’s sleep before your study session."

A pharmacist that refilled my meds likes me cuz of the questions I'd ask her about meds - She said to my mom, "His questions always really made me think" and now she owns her own pharmacy.

I wonder if I transfer my prescriptions to her pharmacy, I'd get free nicotine gum. I will see.

Hey how’s it going long time no see.

I’ve been lurking but I just feel out of sorts. I saw the doctor today and he said there’s a small chance because of a health concern that I could have lymphoma and I’m trying not to freak out. I can’t bear telling anyone I know in real life.

If you do know me on Facebook or anything please don’t say anything.

I mean it’s all uncertain right now I have to wait on a bunch of tests to know anything for sure but there’s a chance right now and it’s scaring me.

I mean this could be nothing. But it could be something. The uncertainty kills me.

Anyway aside from that I’ve been fine just going along with work and trying to work on school. Pandemic still so not much of a social life.
