I am so sorry, I haven't had the chance to look for the book. This week has been insane! Working a ton and doing meetings and I just did my 4th and 5th step and they exausted me, but it helped so much to clear up my resentments. It's even helped me deal with goings on in here, so what a relief. A friend of mine works at the place where the store is, so I'm gonna ask her if they have it. I haven't forgotten!
Hope you're doing well!!!

Rayna

Rayna, it's no problem... No need to be sorry! You're doing the best you can do and you're taking care of yourself first, which is best. Thank you for still remembering. bama-haven't found the book =(

Also, I'm glad your 4th and 5th step has helped you. My sponser is in the process of getting my 4th step together for me to work on. I've been in recovery for quite sometime now, and I'm just now fixing to start 4th step. I guess it's best though. Can't get through the steps when you're not ready for that step yet. Best of wishes to you! Thanks!
