Alcoholism, fags, chronic cannabis use & caffein, caffein everywhere! I've just stopped all these in one go. I'm so depressed I know my meds wont work unless I give them all up. I have my clonazepam for the tremmors, DLPA (DL-phenylalanine) as raw dopamine & noradrenaline material, as well as naturally boosting endorphines. I have enough will power for the fags and well, looks like I'll have to put up with the night-terrors from weed withdrawal. Anyone know how long those horrible dreams last for? I kick and punch around in my bed whilst having extremely vivid dreams. Wake up very depressed. This happens every time I try giving up weed.
Thanks for reading. Any comments very wellcome.

And did it help? You're probably talking of diphenhydramine (Nytol) right? I cant take that with my trimipramine. But its good to know the bad dreams subsided. Thanks

I stopped taking diphenhydramine sleepaids cuz they make me feel jittery&then I hardly sleep. The one I keep on hand just in case is doxylamine succinate, u can find it in generic form as a "nighttime sleep aid"@ur local drug store. Some ppl can't take it tho cuz of other meds so ask ur doc if u can take it. It doesn't make me have the dreams, it just helps me sleep thru the nite. Hope it helps ya.
