So since about early April, I've periodically taking my measurements and storing them in my computer. I got sober April 24 so I took my measurements today and compared them to the ones I took May 1, 7 days after I quit drinking, and the results are amazing!!!!

I HAVE LOST 16.5 INCHES AND 18 POUNDS IN 4 MONTHS AND ALL I DID WAS QUIT DRINKING!!!!!!!!!

I have never been this successful at loosing weight and I'm not even trying!! I had switched to lite beer at the end because I knew the beer was making me fat, haha! Now I'm lucky because I didn't turn to sweets and food when I got sober. So if you have any doubt that beer makes you gain weight, here's your answer!!! I fit into a dress I bought a little to small and have never worn. All in 4 months!!! I am so unbelievably pleased! Now all I gotta do is tone up and I'll be hot for the first time in my life!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you sobriety!!!!

Gettin thin and pretty,
Rayna

great news rayna. keep up the good work. Staying clean and sober has other rewards besides our health and well being and our clear thoughts and standing up against our addiction.
