I found a site that has 12 Step worksheets... They aren't the exact questions from the worksheets I've worked on, but they are questions dealing with each step. There's a few questions to be answered for each Step and you can print them out and keep them if you want or share them with someone else, maybe. The site is:
12 Step Worksheet

This isn't only for us who have been working the 12 Steps, but also for those still suffering with active addiction and would like to look into the 12 Steps and how they work and self discovering some things about yourself from the questions asked. I hope it's helpful to some of you. 12 Step Worksheets!
