I've been offline for a couple of weeks I think, the days seem to run together. But anyhow, It's been 34 days since the last time I did Methadone, which I quit cold turkey, and I am feeling a lot better. Still have a few side effects that I'm hoping will go away soon, clammy hands, and a few deep chills. The sneezing part never went away and every time I sneeze my right eye twitches. It's so annoying, not just 1 sneeze, they r like 5 in a row every time. I've never had allergies but now they r horrible. Anyway, I'm proud i've made it this far. Just 1 thing tho.... DREAMS!

Congratulations on making it this far. I hope that the rest of the withdrawals go away soon. Do you have any real life support like NA?

No I haven't went to NA but I've been thinking about it. I think I'm dealing with it pretty well right now, I don't have any cravings for Methadone because it scares me. But I am also not completely over it, I still don't feel good. I am afraid the cravings will come back tho and I will have to deal with that. I will admit I do still want to get high, I'm just scared to because the withdrawals were so bad. I think I will try to find a meeting close to where live, it can only help right?! Stillhopeful Oh! today is day 36 and counting.
