I certainly do. You are a worthwhile person, no matter what problems you currently have, and you can overcome your problems. Please consider attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings; they have them in China. I don't know if we are allowed to provide links but you can find information on the internet. And please come back here because I am interested in offering you what emotional support I am able to give.

icecream is right. alcoholics anonymous. perhaps detox too. google AA, go to the home page, look or put in your location and country and meetings in your area will show up. please try to give this a go. you can't do it alone or with your willpower. you need support from others, particulary from those who have achieved sobriety. as for your other medical problems, i'd suggest you share this with your doctor and get his advice re what medical treatment is available. i'd strongly suggest u tell him your suicidal thoughts. i'm glad u posted and wish you well. you can get well. please keep us posted. we care

Hi ~ Please don't hurt yourself. I've been where you are. they have alcoholics anonymous all over the world. If you're sick and tired of being sick and tired, go to a meeting!!! They will welcome you with OPEN ARMS!!! They will help you to quit drinking -- they will walk the walk with you. I drank HEAVILY for 20 years - and I just plain quit with the help of AA. It wasn't that hard - I promise you!! They were there for me the whole way.

Please - call them and/or go to a meeting. This is your life we're talking about! God doesn't WANT you to die now. Your life is a gift - don't waste it. Call them please! God bless you - and if you want to talk, let me know. Hugs, Lee

Please return to PC and post to let us know how you are today. No reason to hate yourself, if you can try and help yourself. (And you came here, so you want to be better...)
