I'm kinda worried here, I tell myself addicted to anything, but I keep having this urge to drink NyQuil, I keep telling myself no but this urge pushes my senses away.

I don't wish to be a addict, but with what happen in my life now....

I think obsession, which you seem to have, is one indicator. Lack of control over the act of doing the thing is usually considered a hallmark of addiction. Bad consequences in your life are another.

I'm sorry you're having this problem.

Have you lost control over your consumption of this stuff, or do you do it compulsively?

there's a payoff here or u wouldn't be drinking the stuff. there's a saying, "if you drink to get rid of a feeling or drink to get one you've got a problem". lots of alcohol in it and i'm sure u aren't drinking for the taste. i encourage you to stop drinkin' it. it can lead to alcoholism. i hope u're not there yet. hard to get sober and but easier to stay stopped!

That stuff can mess you up bad. When I was last in rehab, there was a woman in with me who was addicted to Nyquil who had OD'd on it and landed in the hospital in a coma.

Like Madisgram said - lots of alcohol in it.
