Day 17. I just realized I didn't think of drinking once at all yesterday.
It was a busy day with sleeping 8 hrs from 8am-420pm [working night shift] then dinner and heading to work. But normally there is a time [especially when I am alone] I think how nice it will be to have a drink. Quite a few times a day that happens. I hope am getting better, and I hope my mind stays like this.
