It may not be easy to make healthy choices but the personal rewards for doing so are great indeed! Almost 5 days sober!! Keep up the good effort!

Well congrats.....I hope by this time next year your will have been 370days sober. I have been sober since jan 4, 2012 and it's not been easy, I paid a RDD detox center $10,500.00 to put me to sleep for 8hrs and flush all the lortabs i had in me out, but dealing with it now is almost unbearable. I just keep praying to God that he will continue each day to give me the strength and courage i need in order to overcome this battle that is taking over my life. Good Luck.....I have faith in you...If you really want to remain sober then you can i am sure

Way to go! I feel so much better when I know I am moving in the right direction even if I haven't reached a destination!

--yes, be proud.
--no, nothing about it is easy.
--continuing to be/stay sober (for me) was made easiER by participating in a 12-step program & having a sponsor.

Just observations.
