Failure after long perseverance is much grander than never to have a striving good enough to be called a failure.
-George Eliot

Failure is unimportant. It takes courage to make a fool of yourself.
-Charlie Chaplin

However things may seem, no evil thing is success and no good thing is failure.
-Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

you have not failed to notice what you consider to be your failure... therefore you are victorious!

maybe someone might agree with me here...

this living experience, I feel we must keep moving.....keep moving yep

either backwards....forwards....or sideways, these things are all movement.

how we personalise these movements is unique and ours alone...

...your failure was a movement...and your next movement was to identify and personalise it as such....and thats awesome!

keep moving puffyprue...it's gonna be ok

There is a reading in "As Bill See's It" (AA literature) where he talks about not letting the relapse kick you down the stairs, but up them. What can you learn? How can we help? Alcoholism is a disease of relapse so please, be gentle with yourself. We all just have on day. Start your new day-welcome to the 24 hours like the rest of us. Hang tight.
