today. I woke up thismorning feeling strong minded and definately decided.... No alcohol today!!!
I have my green tea and energy drinks and that is all I touch today!
One day at a time!!!

Mon Dieu
donnez-moi la
SERENITE
d'accepter les choses
que je ne puis changer
le COURAGE de
changer les choses que
je peux
et la SAGESSE d'en
connaitre la difference! Feeling stronger... Feeling stronger...

Do you know how some old fart gets to be an old timer? Old timer being an old fart that hasn’t had a drink in a looooong time.

They do just what you are doing, they didn’t drink for just one day. Then they strung a bunch of those days together.

On the road to the good stuff,
Richard

Since you like the prayer of serenity, I have something else you might like,

Amire ce jour,
car il est la vie,
la vie meme de la vie.
Tout est la,
dans sa courte duree,
toute la realite, toute
la verite de l'existence,
la felicite de la croissance,
la slendeur de l'action,
la gloire de la puissance...
Car hier n'est qu'un reve
et demain n'est qu'un vision.
Mais, AURJOURD'HUI, bien vecu
fait de chaque hier
un reve di bonheur
et de chaque demain
une vision d'espoir.
Donc, vis ce jour
avec confiance!

Patricia
