I wonder how long my organs can cope with this?
...so far it seems that they do..... ....my addictive behaviour is what it is.... I fail to survive without a significant quantity of alcohol. I spend weird time in between ingestion... I function crazy without hangover.... is this the gift my mental illness has provided me with... ...I feel no damage.... I am immune to the effects of alcoholism |

Maybe it woud be helpful to add the vitamin Milk Thistle to your diet. It is supposed to support healthy liver function. I also getmy liver enzymes tested every year because I was an adddict and now I take a boatload of psych meds

I am the same way. A 1.75ml vodka or whiskey would last me two weeks. I can stretch a 1 L for about a week. I prefer 100 proof vodka st8 up but will drink just about any hard liqueur. I don't drink to get drunk or pass out. I may have 2, 3, 4, 5 shots max at nite.
It does not interfere with my life and I can go with out for mouth if I had too. I consider this social drink or a nite cap. The big difference is I know when to stop. Some people have trouble stopping to drink way to much. Hey if I had my way I would drink A 375 ml every day! But I don't. And nothing beats beer and vodka! On weekends I do tend to drink more. It's not my fault. The village I was born in the water was bad so we all drank vodka from birth ![]()
