Hi, all. I'm currently going through Tramadol withdrawals so I can start Abilify. Fortunately, my doses were never very high. I was taking 50-75mg a day. Yesterday, I started taking 25mg, but I feel like complete crap. I have sweats, TERRIBLE headaches, moderate body aches and irritability. No appetite, nightmares, etc. I've been taking Tramadol every day for about nine months now. Does anyone out there know ways to alleviate the symptoms? I'm really suffering over here

Hi. That suxs
I'd try theraflu, hot baths, bengay, and sleepy time herbal tea. If you can try to eat some carbs & sugar at least that helps alcohol withdrawal. I go to AA for help on all the mental addiction. There is also a good website called Sober Recovery.

You shouldn't also go easy on yourself. Stay away from stressful places and toxic or non sober ppl.
