Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to give up smoking. I've been there. Just pick up where you left off and stop again. I did you can.
Try to take on only on problem at a time. Worry about the weight after you quit smoking. Once you quit smoking, your tastes will change, leaving an openning for healthier eating. Everyone can learn. If you couldn't learn you couldn't have written this post. You just have to find what it is that inspires you, then you will learn. And start practicing not being so hard on yourself. Don't call yourself negative things. Find the positives. Then you can move forward. ![]()

I tried quitting once, I took a quit smoking clinic group thing and talk about feeling bad. Everyone in the group quit but me. I beat myself up over that for a long time. then I found out it does take sometimes 3 or 4 times before some of us get it down. So I say to you....Please don't beat yourself up over it just try again when you are ready.

When you tried it again it doesnt mean you fail. Recovery takes a lot of time and urges will always be attempting. You've done it before, you can do the withdrawal so much better. Little by little. Your not good for nothing, you have a life, you have your purpose okay. Train your self to see the goodness on you. Dont give up, its too early for that.
