Well, it's gotten into a box of wine a night, after drinking for a few years. Blackouts and craziness.

I'm not the only one that gets drunk, all my others get drunk too, and it gets even crazier.

I think system wide that we are all finally in agreement to quit drinking. It used to be only a few of us, but another would always go buy beer or wine box. It only takes one to drink to screw it up for the rest of us. Hell, it took 20 years to quit smoking. -_-

The last 3 drinking nights were, well.....ugly.

We are on a roll again, I can feel it, we are co-conscience so we can sense each other, we are committed.

We've been hitting the track and walk/run 3 miles a day, once around the park and baseball stadium.

Been wanting to go to a meeting, but some the others dread meetings plus social anxiety disorder.

We never make sense in a meeting, everyone freaking out, I start dissociating into a box, everyone staring at us...

Maybe one day.

Lol ya. I'm going to go to a few meetings today instead of working. I have too many resentments that manifests when drinking.

It's no fun. It's also interacting badly with the beeper meds. The love affair is over.

We went and picked up our desire chip. I just have to plan on doing this everyday. They have an 8:00 which is right in the middle of prime drinking time.

Interesting - thats my prime overeating time. If i can get myself together before that time, the rest of the evening is not an issue. But if i am hungry and discombobulated heading into tea time, im a lost cause. Thanks for this.

Hey hi....yeah actually....it's been 62 days for us/me.

I get a voice out of the blue that suggests a pill or drink, but we are good to telling it to quit. For the most part, even though life is pure hell, we are sober.

Pure hell: partner is XXXXX, jobless, broke, mentally ill....

Sooooo proud of you! Remember, any day you get through without a drug or a drink, regardless of how you feel, is an A+ day!

Sorry I got busy for the holidays and didn't come here.

By the way, Congratulations!!! You are doing great in your journey. You are not getting sober for us, but for yourself. You're giving yourself a favor and I'm pretty sure your future self will be thankful for.

Thanks....but I've found out so many times that pride comes before a fall, so we're grateful for it.

We still get voices of others in much anguish that would love to have a drink, to them be the congratulations and praises.
